Native of Italy, I began my career in the renowned Michelin-starred Italian restaurants. I had the honour to be, for almost 4 years, the Head Sommelier for Piazza Duomo Three Michelin Stars in Alba.

My journey then took me to the Middle East, where I served as Hotel Head Sommelier for a pre-opening property, broadening my wine expertise and honing my leadership skills. Before joining Rosewood Hong Kong as a Director of Wine and Beverage, I was the Group Global Head Sommelier at Maximal Concepts Limited in Hong Kong, the group behind acclaimed venues such as Mott 32 and The Aubrey.

I believe that wine has the power to enrich and elevate any dining experience. Each sip tells a story, and my greatest wish is to bring those stories to life through my words and service. I’m passionate about engaging with people, connecting through shared experiences, and spreading my love for wine and hospitality. For me, it’s all about creating moments that linger in memory long after the last glass is poured.
